"Immediately fill up and submit this Google Form," the Indian Embassy in Ukraine said in a statement on Sunday. The new guidelines are meant to help those still stranded in war-torn Ukraine.

What's in this Google form? The names, identities, ages, passport numbers of the stranded citizens should be mentioned along with which city they are in. Specify the detailed address and current location. Ukraine and India contact numbers must be given. The embassy said the form needed to be filled up to return home quickly.
