It is interesting to note that the company has started working on the successor Vivo X80 series of the Vivo X70 series within four months. Recently Vivo X80 series has been launched in China. Vivo has launched two phones in this series. The new devices will hit the international market on May 8. Although it is yet to be decided whether Vivo X80 will come to India. However, the device is expected to make its debut in India as well. Because Vivo launched its older Vivo X70 in the country market.
Vivo X80 series display:
Three Vivo X80 series smartphones, namely Vivo X80, X80 Pro, and X80 Pro + can be launched. All three smartphones will have an AMOLED display and the display can have a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Vivo X80 will feature a 6.56-inch LTPO display with Full HD + resolution. In addition, the X80 Pro and Pro + models can be given a 6.78-inch LTPO display and the resolution of that display can be Full HD + and Quad HD + respectively.
Vivo X80 series processor:
The Vivo X80 smartphone can be offered with MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor including MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC and X80 Pro. On the other hand, speaking of X80 Pro +, this phone can be offered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
Vivo X80 series camera:
When it comes to camera specifications, the Vivo X80 smartphone can be given a triple rear camera setup, namely 50MP + 13MP + 12MP. This setup offers a 50MP Samsung GN5 primary camera sensor, 13MP secondary camera sensor, and 12MP Sony IMX663 telephoto (2X optical zoom) camera sensor. There are rumors about Vivo X80 Pro that this smartphone can be given a quad rear camera setup 50MP + 50MP + 12MP + 50MP.
On the other hand, if we talk about the Pro + model, then this smartphone can be given a quad rear camera setup, such as a 50MP + 49MP + 50MP + 50MP sensor. Speaking of the front camera, the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro smartphones will get a 44MP snapper and the X80 Pro + will get a 50MP snapper. The 8GB RAM + 128GB variant of the Vivo X80 is priced at CNY 3,699 (approximately Rs. 43,250). In addition, the company has priced the 12GB RAM + 512GB variant at CNY 4,899 (approximately Rs. 57,300), the 8GB RAM + 256GB variant of the Vivo X80 Pro with 8 Gen 1 processor at CNY 5,499 (approximately Rs. 64,300). At the same time, the 12GB RAM + 256GB variant with MediaTek 9000 dimensions is priced at CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs. 70,150).
